Cross-overs with KoreBands

Cross-overs - Step 1

  • Attach the KoreBands to the ends of each ballast.
  • Stand on the KoreFit® with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  • Slightly bend your knees and tighten your abdominals.
  • Grasp handles with your opposite hand facing your thighs at the front of your body.
  • Make sure you stand with equal weight on each ballast.

Cross-overs - Step 2

  • Raise both arms until your elbows are level with your shoulders.
  • Maintain equal balance through the motion.

Cross-overs - Step 3

  • Extend your arms until they are straight.
